The gasoline engines of the new Hyundai i10

Regarding the mechanical section, there are no surprises. The new i10 is only available with gasoline engines. The access step is occupied by a 1.0-liter MPI four-cylinder engine with 66 hp. An engine that can be associated with a five-speed manual gearbox or an automatic transmission with the same number of relationships.

The intermediate option goes through a 1.0 MPI 84 CV engine. Offered with both gearboxes. And as a more performance alternative, there is a 1.0-liter T-GDi engine with three cylinders that reach 100 HP. The most powerful block is only available with the five-speed manual gearbox. All the engines have a front-wheel drive configuration and display the C environmental mark of the DGT (General Directorate of Traffic).
