The sports department store chain announced it a long time ago and, after several months of waiting, new additions to the Decathlon electric bicycle catalog have already arrived. The three novelties cover different ranges of price, use, and quality.

Decathlon has been offering its customers low and mid-range bikes for years with good value for money that allows many novices or initiated cyclists to have a good frame without having to spend too much money.

However, the proliferation of eBikes has caused the average price of bicycles to rise, making it more attractive than ever to find quality models at good prices. With this in mind, Decathlon has added three new models to its catalog: a cheap hardtail and two full-suspension Mountain Bikes for the mid-range.

Rockrider E-ST 100

This is a Mountain Bike designed to face off-road journeys on technically accessible routes and with moderate unevenness. This bike is therefore suitable for experiencing the first sensations on easy routes with little unevenness.

The bike's power comes from its aluminum BROSE C mid-engine, which delivers 50Nm of torque. In addition, the motor has a torque sensor and provides maximum assistance of 280%. Complies with European regulations when stopping electric assistance above 25 km/h.



The autonomy of the Rockrider E-EXPL 500 S allows you to travel up to 64 km on terrain with little unevenness. In addition, the range can be extended up to an additional 44 km with the separately available battery extension. Regarding the technical characteristics, the Rockrider E-EXPL 520 S has a weight of 24.4 kg in size M (without pedals). It has an aluminum BROSE T central motor that provides a torque of 70 Nm. The motor has a torque sensor and offers maximum assistance of 320%.

The bicycle is equipped with a battery integrated into the frame with a capacity of 500 Wh to reach up to 64 km of autonomy. Thanks to intelligent battery management, it offers a long lifespan with more than 500 full recharge cycles.
