Spofec transforms the Rolls-Royce Phantom, more sportiness and almost 700 CV into the opulent British saloon

It is more than complicated to make the Rolls-Royce Phantom a sports model. The luxurious British sedan has not even adopted the Black Badge label that gives the model a more aggressive character. Proof that the British firm does not consider it suitable for this quality, but the Germans at Spofec do, who have developed a special package.

The Rolls-Royce "Black Badge" stamp gives a sportier character to its models, already available in the Cullinan and Ghost and to which the Specter will also soon be added, which has completed its tests and accumulated more than 2.5 million kilometers before going into production and reaching the hands of their owners before the end of the year. However, the luxurious Phantom lacks this special badge because the British brand does not consider it suitable.

The luxurious saloon is so special and exclusive that those at Goodwood do not believe that it is ideal for the Phantom to aspire to offer sportier driving dynamics and an image accordingly. Something that Novitec's specialized division of Spirit of Ecstasy brand products does understand. Under the umbrella of Spofec, the specialist in high-end tuning has developed a special package in which sportiness is noted while preserving the discretion that is typical of the Phantom, standing out, especially for one detail.

Spofec touches up the luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom

Supplied by the American manufacturer Vossen, it is fitted with 24-inch diameter forged alloy wheels with a typical design of the firm, completely closed or with a five-double-spoke design, and subjected to a special treatment of polishing and brushing by hand mounted in 295/30 R24 size tires on both axles. So big that they almost come out of the arches of the wheel arches, since it has special spacers on the axles.

This is not the only detail that Spofec offers, as it also adds a carbon fiber package that is visible or painted in the same color as the bodywork includes a newly made sports bumper, side skirts, and a very thin spoiler in the shape of a dovetail that is installed on the edge of the trunk lid. The rear bumper is also new with small vertical openings on the side ends. Spofec also offers a modified control unit for the air suspension that lowers the ride height by a few millimeters.

More German power for the Rolls-Royce Phantom

With a black leather-trimmed interior with matching red contrasting stitching, the Rolls-Royce Phantom also takes performance to a new level. The "Spofec N-Tronic" control unit is connected to the main ECU of the 6.75-liter V12 motorcycle, increasing the maximum power from 570 CV to no less than 685 CV, also doing the same with the engine torque, which exceeds 900 Nm to 1010 Nm. A more gross plus for a saloon that continues to maintain its level of luxury and comfort on board.
